Ada Lovelace

Fact 1. she was one of the first female scientists and at the time they were not encourage Lovelace was the daughter of the poet Lord Byron.

Fact 2. She was part of the English upper class she also had social opportunities that many others did not have 

Fact 3. Lovelace was the first person to suggest we use computers to do more than math. Her Father Lord Byron was considered one of the greatest British poets in history. 

Fact 4. Lovelace had long-term associations with another female scientist, Mary Somerville and the Mathematician and Inventor Charles Babbage. He helped Ada become known as the first computer programmer.

Fact 5. She is believed by some to be the first to recognize that a machine had applications beyond pure calculations, and to have published the first algorithm intended to be carried out by such a machine.
